OUR TIPS AND TRICKS

FAQs

We aim to move efficiently, but it can vary depending on the role. Most processes take 2–3 weeks from application to offer, and we’ll keep you updated throughout.

Yes! If you’re excited about the role and believe you have transferable skills, we’d love to hear from you. We value potential just as much as experience.

We always aim to provide personalised feedback to candidates who reach the interview stage. For early-stage applications, we’ll do our best depending on volume.

Many of our roles offer hybrid or flexible working options, depending on the team and location. Details will be included in each job listing, or feel free to ask us.

This is your interview too. Ask about the role, team, or culture — we’re happy to share.

TIPS DURING YOUR INTERVIEW

  1. Be yourself
We want to get to know the real you, not a rehearsed version. Let your personality and passion show.

  2. Think about your impact
Tell us how your skills, experience or ideas could help us grow — and how we can help you grow too.

  3. Use examples
Real-life examples bring your experience to life. Don’t be afraid to talk about challenges, not just wins.

  4. Ask us questions
Interviews are a two-way conversation. Curious about culture, career growth, or the team? Ask away!

  5. Stay present
Take your time, breathe, and listen closely. It’s totally okay to pause before answering — we’re not in a race.

TIPS AFTER YOUR INTERVIEW

Did you forget to ask something or want to share more info? Feel free to drop us a line.

  3. Be patient (but we’ll keep you posted)

  4. Stay connected
Follow us on LinkedIn or The Cadence Collective to keep up with new roles, events, and culture updates.

  5. Whatever the outcome, you did great
Seriously. Interviews take courage, and we appreciate your time and effort.
